If it wasn’t for Fedex we’d had it fixed in less than a day, but it only took 23 hours to get done anyway.
15 min install time and had to wait longer for the battery to charge 100% before we could use.

I was very glad to find someone for computer repair service in my area. The owner, Rick, was easy to talk to and the next day he called to tell me what was needed to fix my computer. Rick ordered the parts, but because of the holiday-July 4th, it took a little more time to get them. Rick called to let me know the computer was ready to be picked up. the problem I had was that I had an appointment for a TV repair man coming and would not be able to come to the shop to pick it up till the next day. Because Rick was coming out in my area, he offered to bring the computer out to me, so I would not miss the TV repair man coming.
