My name is Richard Hock and I have been repairing computers for 25 years. It started off as a hobby trying to help out friends and family. I always enjoyed seeing how things worked. I would take the electronic device apart just to see what was inside and if I could repair it on my own. I also enjoyed repairing software issues. My love for computers blossomed into a love for repairing cell phones. Again, it was a desire to see how they worked and what was on the inside and repairing them turned out to be alot of fun.

I have a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. I am also certified in Cell Phone Repair through the Cell Phone Repair Academy in Chicago, IL. This certification process consisted of 70 hours of training specifically for cell phone repair and included: Diagnosis and Assembly Procedures, Software, Water Damage, Micro-Soldering and Screen Refurbishing.
